Mantei's Transport Ltd. is committed to the improvement of our efficiency and service through the effective use of new technology's. This attitude permeates every aspect of our business, as you can see in the sections below.

Orders and Bills of Lading

Orders and or inventory levels are received via fax, telephone or e-mail. Inventory levels are then entered into our customized inventory control program. When a load is required, the BOL is produced via our customized billing program (both the inventory control and billing programs are proprietary software from Tremb Services Ltd.).

Trip Information

The driver then receives the Bill of Lading, and can pull up any necessary information to complete the delivery, including dip charts or location maps, via a computer in our driver's room.

Enroute and Post-trip

The driver then leaves their home terminal to load and deliver the product. The drivers actions are monitored via onboard computers, recording everything from engine RPM's and speed to all of their logbook entries. After the load is delivered, and the driver has returned to his home terminal the driver then downloads his trip information into our database, where any trip anomalies or problems can be detected and a solution can be designed.

Truck Fleet

Mantei's is continually replacing their truck fleet in order to keep only the highest quality of equipment out on the road, as well as to keep our fleet equipped with the latest in heavy-duty truck technology. For example, a few of our trucks are even equipped with automatic transmissions.
